Shipping Policy:

  1. All orders must be received by a certain time each day in order to be shipped out that same day.
  2. We ship Monday through Friday, and do not offer weekend shipping options.
  3. Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect shipping address.
  4. If your order is extremely time-sensitive, please contact us directly to discuss expedited shipping options.
  5. We use reliable shipping carriers, but we are not responsible for any delays or damage that may occur during shipping.
  6. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can work to remedy the issue.
  7. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times for any shipment, especially during busy/festive seasons or with unpredictable weather.
  8. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to all of our shipping policies and rules.

Return Policy for Food Items:

  1. We will only accept returns on food items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  2. Food items that have been opened, used are cannot be returned.
  3. If a food item is damaged in transit or there is an issue with the product quality, customers should contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  4. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item was received as part of a damaged or incorrect shipment.
  5. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase once the item has been received and inspected by our team.

Return Policy for Fragile Items:

  1. Fragile items will be carefully inspected and packed before being shipped to customers.
  2. If a fragile item arrives damaged or broken, customers should contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  3. Photos of the damaged item may be required before a replacement or refund can be processed.
  4. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item was received as part of a damaged or incorrect shipment.
  5. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
  6. If a replacement item is requested, we will do our best to send a new item within 3-5 business days. However, some items may be out of stock or on backorder, which could cause a delay in the replacement process.
